Famed Boston Celtics basketball player Bill Russell and his daughter
Karen, both sarcoidosis patients, have a long history of helping FSR
raise national awareness of sarcoidosis, beginning with a Public
Service Announcement in 2005.
Now the Russell family is spearheading an effort
to raise important funds for programs at the Foundation. A range of
one-of-a-kind basketball and celebrity packages are regularly
available for online bidding at Charity Buzz.
