One Time Gift
The Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research relies on the support of individuals who generously donate to advancing disease research. All donations directly support our organization’s initiatives and grants. Your donation will help FSR to be one step closer to finding a cure for sarcoidosis. All donations to FSR are fully tax deductible. Below are the giving options available:
DONATE NOW through our secure server.
Use this Mail-In Form and mail donation check to: 1820 W. Webster Ave Suite 304 Chicago IL 60614
Wire Transfer and stock donation
Many individuals choose to donate stocks and/or securities to FSR because of the unique tax benefits these assets may yield when donated to a charitable organization. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for processing information.
FSR maintains Giving Societies and naming opportunities for donors wishing to make an impact. These generous gifts enable FSR to make significant and milestone impacts toward our mission. View our Giving Societies and call Ginger Spitzer at 312-341-0500 to discuss your generous gift.
Setting up a monthly gift to make regular contributions online through your credit card is simple and convenient — no checks, no postage, no hassles! Your monthly gift will provide FSR with regular and reliable income and at the same time help us eliminate unnecessary appeals and requests, ensuring that more of each donation goes directly to our programs and services. Each month, your tax-deductible contribution will show up on your credit card statement. At the end of the calendar year, you will receive a formal letter from the Foundation to use for taxes. You can increase, decrease, or suspend your gift at any time by contacting the Foundation. Contact Angela Frelander at email@example.com or call 312-341-0500 to set up your monthly gift today.
Give a Gift in Honor, in Memorial or for a Special Occasion
A gift to FSR is a thoughtful way to express sympathy for the loss of a loved one or to commemorate special occasions or holidays. Upon receipt of your donation, FSR will mail a notification of your gift to the person you designate so he or she will know that you’ve made a gift in his or her name or in memory of a loved one. (The amount of your gift will not be disclosed unless requested.) Choose the Tribute Giving option on DONATE NOW through our secure server.
Tribute Message Board
The Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research’s Tributes Board was created to give you a way to write a personal message to honor a loved one. This page will memorialize the warriors we’ve lost and remind us why we are fighting to find a cure for this disease. A donation at any level will give you this option to type a message that will be displayed on our Tributes Board.
Many companies will match their employee’s contributions to qualifying nonprofit organizations, often doubling or sometimes even tripling the amount of the donation. Use the Matching Gift Information Sheet to share with your Human Resources Department to find out if your company has such a program and how to request for your gift to be matched.
The Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research is the nation’s leading nonprofit organization dedicated to finding a cure for this disease and to improving care for sarcoidosis patients. Since its establishment in 2000, FSR has funded numerous domestic and international research efforts and has worked diligently to provide resources to thousands. Corporate support is critical to the Foundation’s research initiatives, allowing us to hopefully be one step closer to finding a cure for sarcoidosis.
