We will have this space every second Thursday of the month from July moving forward - from 6:30 - 8:00pm.

Parking: There are metered spaces on Harrison Ave and Mass Ave; the meters are in operation only until 6pm. There are more metered spaces on Washington Street which runs parallel to Harrison Avenue (meters operate until 8pm). There is a parking garage at 710 Albany Street - $7 charge.

History: Valerie Carnes founded this support group in Boston in honor of her sister Darneese who suffered from sarcoidosis for decades. The group received a proclamation to recognize April as Sarcoidosis Awareness Month from Governor Deval Patrick of Boston, MA 2011. Melissa M. Pollard was diagnosed with sarcoidosis in 2004 and became the support group leader in 2015.
