This year, the Team KISS Walk/Run is going completely virtual. This means that participants worldwide can join and complete any route of their choosing – whether that is their neighborhood, favorite park, local trail or even the treadmill at home! See below for more details and sign up today!
When:
The virtual awareness month walk will take place throughout the entire month of October. That means that you can walk, run, hop, skip, or jump rope the 5K anytime between now and October 31, 2020 and you’ll be doing your part to help us stop sarcoidosis. Starting on October 1st, your results and time will be visible on the race homepage.
How:
After registering, download the It’s Your Race virtual mobile app. The app will allow you to run your virtual race and automatically track your pace, distance, and time. The app will automatically stop your session after you have completed the 5K distance (3.1 miles) and send your results in!
