Dr. Jordana Kron

Dr. Kron joined the electrophysiology group of Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Pauley Heart Center in 2008 as Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine, Cardiology.

Her research interests include cardiac sarcoidosis, management of atrial arrhythmias, cardiac resynchronization therapy for treatment of heart failure in elderly patients, and management of arrhythmias in pregnant patients. Her research has been published in the Heart Rhythm, Europace, Journal of Interventional Cardiac Electrophysiology, Clinics in Geriatric Medicine Journal and Heart Failure Clinics Journal.

Dr. Kron has written editorials for the Journal of the American College of Cardiology and Circulation: Arrhythmias and Electrophysiology. She has given poster presentations at Heart Rhythm Society, American Heart Association, and the Heart Failure Society of America meetings. Dr. Kron is a founding member of the Cardiac Sarcoidosis Consortium and a member of the writing committee for the Expert Consensus Statement on the Management of Arrhythmias Associated with Cardiac Sarcoidosis.

Virginia Commonwealth University is a founding member of the FSR Global Sarcoidosis Clinic Alliance.

Dr. Mary A. Willis

Dr. Willis is Associate Professor and Chair of Neurology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She completed a clinical neuroimmunology fellowship and previously served as Medical Director at the Mellen Center for Multiple Sclerosis at Cleveland Clinic. Her specific areas of interest include medical education, spasticity management, and comprehensive care of the MS patient.

Dr. Saakshi Khattri

Dr. Saakshi Khattri is a board certified Dermatologist, Rheumatologist and Internist and one of only a handful of triple board certified physicians across the United States. After completing her M.B.B.S. from Delhi University (India), Dr. Khattri moved to New York to complete her Internal Medicine Residency followed by a fellowship in Rheumatology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. It was during her fellowship that she realized how little rheumatologists knew about the skin and vice versa. She completed a two-year long research fellowship in Rockefeller University under the mentorship of Dr. Emma Guttman and Dr. James Krueger where she conducted research in atopic dermatitis, psoriasis and ran clinical trials. Dr. Khattri then successfully completed a residency in Dermatology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, where she served as chief resident.
