  • Recipients of materials agree to report on the event outcomes or status of ongoing programs to Kelli Beyer, Director of Education & Outreach, at kelli@stopsarcoidosis.org.Reports of 500 words or less should include group/affiliation, contact name, short summary of the event/program, summary of how the materials were used, outcomes, and plans for this event/outreach in the future (if applicable).Timeline: • Live Events - FSR requires a report on the project no later than 60 days after the event • Ongoing Programs – FSR requires a report on the status of the project no later than 180 days after the project launchIf an individual or requestor fails to submit a report on their event/project FSR reserves the right to deny any future requests.
