In 2020, FSR is launching a new format for our patient education events. Instead of day-long conferences, FSR will host weekend-long summits, the first of which will take place in Chicago from April 3rd until April 5th at the Double Tree Hilton Hotel!
The summit will include a diverse and comprehensive line-up of presentations, giving attendees the opportunity to pick and choose which topics are most important to them. The topics will include lifestyle, emotional well-being, legal and financial matters, and FSR resources. There will also be ample time for attendees to network with other patients and caregivers as well as relax and practice self-care.
