TeamAndreaFight started out as just a small family based support group and mantra for strength and hope for Andrea B. Hubbard, mother of the Director/CEO Samantha Hubbard-Bradley. With the passing of Andrea, #TeamAndreaFight, LLC was officially born in honor of her strength and spirit. #TeamAndreaFight is about the right now – ensuring sarcoidosis warriors have access to resources such as power chairs, scooters, wheelchairs, and oxygen devices, educational information, info on holistic and alternative treatments, and one day, assistance with medical bills! The group is now seeking 501(c)3 status.
What we do:
- Events: We host our annual Andrea B. Hubbard Sarcoidosis Awareness Day every April. We also host a party around the birthday of Andrea, the inspiration of the organization, at the end of August that we’ve dubbed “Drea Day”. Throughout the year we may also host and sponsor other events for fundraising and raising awareness for sarcoidosis.
